3 Bay Surgical Scrub Station in stainless steel SS304 grade with partition in Tank and operated by Automatic Imported Sensor module, Manual by Foot & Knee, Soap Dispencer operated by Knee. Creative can customized products as per requirement of user. Compact Surgical scrub station should be designed for use in OT complex providing for pre procedural scrub up. (1 bay/ 2 bay/ 3-bay sink combination as suitable for site ) Each fixture should be fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel (minimum thickness 1.5mm) and should be seamless welded construction, polished to a satin finish of approved make. The scrub sink should be provided with a front access panel which should be easily removed for access to the water controlled valve, waste connections, stoppers and strainers. Hands free operation should include imported IP65 sealed infrared sensor single unit module with adjustable distance of sensing range from 50mm to 600mm. Thermostatic mixing valve control should be located behind the access panel and maintain constant water temperature. Thermostatic mixer valve ensures that cold water mixes with the hot water to provide water at a set temperature, the auto shut-off feature stops the flow of meter in the event of hot and cold water supply failure to prevent scalding or thermal shock.  Operation Timing should be adjustable to meet individual application requirements for 1, 3, 6, 10 minutes, provided with touch free infrared sensors. All units should have reduced anti-splash fronts. foot operated switch should be provided additionally. Thermostatic mixing valve, Touchless sensor should be imported of reputed make. Surgical scrub should be opearted with single phase 230 VAC. All the internal fittings must be in brass and  all connection pipes should be Polyethylene/ Aluminium/ Polyethylene (PE/AL/PE) composite pipe suitable for hot and cold water having life span in excess of 25 years .Surgical scrub should be provided with sensor operated liquid soap dispencer made out stainless steel and operated with electric power of 230 VAC single phase.
